Public goods on Vaulta: peers, explorers, and a human desk

On a producer site, “public goods” means shared rails: a query API anyone can POST to, a seed peer anyone can add, an explorer that does not custody keys, and a path to create an account without asking a BP in private chat.

These rails are not “free as in nobody works on them.” They are free as in you can leave. That is the test. If a tool only works while you sit in a vendor’s walled garden, it is not a public good.
